Looy Simonoff war Mathematikprofessor an der Universität Nevada in Las Vegas.

Er erfand zahlreiche Bühnen- und Close-up-Kunststücke, die von Doug Henning, Lance Burton, MacKing, Dan und Dave Buck und Lee Asher im Fernsehen vorgeführt wurden.

Kunststücke von ihm wurden in Apocalypse und in Büchern von Harry Lorayne, Stephen Minch, Allan Ackerman und Paul Harris veröffentlicht.
